As part of our upcoming upgrade to our online and mobile banking platforms this April, some services will be temporarily unavailable. We want to make sure you’re prepared and able to plan ahead.
ACH Origination Services
ACH origination services will be unavailable on the 21st and 22nd of April. If you need to issue an ACH payment during this time, please ensure all payments are submitted and approved by the 20th .
Recurring ACH payments will not carry over automatically. However, your existing templates will be available on the new platform to make it easy to set them back up.
Online Banking Access
On the 21st of April both Business Online and Consumer Banking access will be unavailable. On the 22nd Consumer Banking will be placed in Read Only mode. On the 23rd of April both Business Online and Consumer Banking will resume normal functionality.
Wire Transfers
If you need to submit a wire during the downtime, please complete a wire form and submit it with our secure portal. Our team will process it for you.
Remote Deposit Capture
Remote deposit services will be unavailable from the 21st through the 22nd . If you need to make a deposit during this period, please visit our branch or hold your checks until services resume when our new mobile app goes live on the 23rd.
What to Expect Next
Our upgraded mobile banking app will be available for download on April 23rd. Please note that the current app will no longer function after the upgrade, so be sure to download the new version to continue accessing mobile banking services. Online Banking will also resume on the 23rd .
