Your security is a top priority at Embassy National Bank. If your debit card or checks are lost, stolen, or misplaced, please take action immediately to help protect your account. Prompt reporting ensures you are not liable for unauthorized transactions and allows us to assist you as quickly as possible.
Temporarily Turn Your Debit Card Off
Misplaced your debit card but think you may find it?
Using the Embassy National Bank Mobile Banking App, you can temporarily disable your card to prevent unauthorized use while you search for it.
How to Turn Your Card Off
- Open the Mobile Banking App.
- Select Manage Cards.
- Choose the debit card you want to deactivate.
- Toggle Card Status to OFF.
When your card is turned off, all new purchases and ATM withdrawals will be declined. Once you've located your card, simply return to the app and switch the card back to ON.
Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If your debit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to prevent unauthorized transactions and request a replacement card.
Using the Mobile Banking App
- Open the Mobile Banking App.
- Navigate to the Cards Dashboard.
- Select Manage Cards for the affected debit card.
- Choose Report Lost or Stolen. This will automatically switch your card status to OFF.
After reporting your card in the app, please call us to complete the cancellation and request a replacement card:
