Exciting Changes Are Coming!

We’re upgrading our online and mobile banking platform—bringing enhancements to the way you connect with QuickBooks.

Our improved integration will make managing your business finances more seamless and efficient.

If you plan to manually enter transactions during the downtime, please remember to select the reconnection date (not the disconnection date) when reconnecting your account. This will help prevent duplicate entries.

Important action dates:

Action Date 1: Our direct connection via Open Financial Exchange - OFX Direct Connect and Web Connect will be disconnected on April 20th 2026. A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

Action Date 2: The improved connection OFX (Direct/Web Connect) will be online April 27th 2026. Please complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage.
