Linda Smith, is a Senior Vice President, the Compliance Bank Secrecy Act Officer, and AT-Risk Certified Adult Crime Tactics (ACT) Specialist for Embassy National Bank. She has served in this role since 2017. She is a Certified BSA/AML Professional, as well as a Certified Community Compliance Officer Professional. Linda has a broad range of expertise in regulatory compliance and is responsible for management and oversight of the BSA/AML/OFAC program. Linda has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her knowledge encompasses Deposits Operation, Board, Executive and Employee Training, Retail Banking Management, Information Security, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Management Services.
